We work about teacher's pain of the change, for that reason teachers have remained the same for decades. However, the change of the learning environments makes it possible as it's intended in curriculums: Shared teaching, shared planning, share assesment. Teachers should use open learning environment and safety and no longer traditional classrooms but flexible learning environments. You can view the presentation of the amazing race .
